the petite ella - INTIMATE DESIGN EXECUTION

This signature styling-only service is ideal for DIY clients who’ve collected their own decor but want the polished, editorial finish Dose of Ella is known for.

INCLUDES:

– Color palette refinement + mood board
– Layout and styling plan
– Setup of client-provided decor:
• Tabletop elements, florals, signage, props
– On-site styling (up to 4 hours)
– Breakdown not included

For smaller guest counts with big visual goals, this package delivers professional styling, intentional design, and curated décor from our inventory.

INCLUDES:

– One signature focal point installation (e.g. sweetheart table, backdrop, or cake display)
– Tablescape styling for up to 50 guests:
   • Chargers, linens, napkins, candleware, signage, petite florals
– Welcome sign installation with styling accents
– Setup and on-site styling (up to 4 hours)

THE DOSE OF DECOR - FULL SERVICE STYLING

– Custom design proposal with sketches
– Dose of Ella signature rentals (backdrops, plinths, candleware, risers)

ELLA IMMERSIVE - CINEMATIC EVENT DESIGN

The Ella Day – Day-Of Coordination

Starting at $1,250

You’ve planned it all, now let us bring it to life. This package is designed for organized couples who need professional execution on the big day.

INCLUDES:

– 1 Lead Coordinator (additional support based on guest count)
– Custom day-of timeline creation
– Final vendor confirmations
– 1 planning session (1–2 weeks prior)
– On-site coordination (up to 10 hours)
– Vendor management + cueing
– Ceremony + reception direction
– Emergency kit provided

Ella Assist – Partial Planning Support

Starting at $3,500 | Heritage-Infused: $5,000

You’ve got a few vendors booked and a vision in mind, but you’re ready to take it up a notch. This package offers planning structure, design support, and vendor guidance without the overwhelm.

INCLUDES:

– 3 structured planning meetings
– Timeline + layout creation
– Vendor recommendations & liaison support
– Monthly email check-ins
– 1 venue walkthrough
– Design guidance (color palette + layout suggestions)
– Month-of management + rehearsal direction
– Final vendor confirmations
– Full day-of coordination

Ella Signature – Full Planning Experience

Starting at $5,000 | Heritage-Infused: $7,500

For the couple who wants complete planning support from ‘Yes’ to ‘I Do.’ We manage your timeline, budget, vendors, and vision, while you focus on love, life, and the joy of the process.

INCLUDES:

– Full event design development
– Custom budget creation + tracking
– Vendor sourcing, vetting + booking support
– Contract reviews + deadline management
– Unlimited planning sessions
– Customized planning checklist + timeline
– Layout design + production schedule
– Rehearsal direction + full day-of team
– Ongoing vendor communication
– Multi-day support for cultural weddings

The Ella Experience – Planning + Design Integration

Starting at $15,000 | Heritage-Infused: $18,000

For the client who wants it all, full-service planning, stunning design, and flawless execution. This package blends the best of both worlds: detailed coordination and breathtaking visual experiences. We guide you from your first vendor inquiry to the final floral installation, crafting a cohesive celebration that feels effortlessly elevated.

INCLUDES:

– Everything in the Ella Signature planning package
– Everything in your selected Dose of Ella decor package
– Unified design and planning timeline
– Streamlined communication with all vendors across both services
– Priority scheduling for walkthroughs and mockups
– Guest experience enhancements (scent styling, signage, branded touchpoints)
– Day-of execution team (planning + design staff combined)
– Full decor setup and teardown
– Ceremony + reception direction
– Vendor and decor management under one roof

Labor & Delivery Fees

In addition to the package pricing, all decor and styling services are subject to the following labor and delivery fees:

Labor Fee:

  • A 20% labor charge will be applied to the total decor and styling package.
    This covers setup crew, breakdown staff, design logistics, and on-site execution team management.

Delivery Fee:

  • Events with 50 guests or fewer: Flat delivery fee of $250

  • Events with more than 50 guests: Flat delivery fee of $500
    This includes vehicle transport of all decor, rental items, and floral elements to the venue.

Sales Tax:

  • Applicable sales tax will be added to the final invoice for all décor rentals, floral items, and branded sales components.

  • Tax rate will be based on current local and state regulations at the time of billing.
