For smaller guest counts with big visual goals, this package delivers professional styling, intentional design, and curated décor from our inventory.

INCLUDES:

– One signature focal point installation (e.g. sweetheart table, backdrop, or cake display)
– Tablescape styling for up to 50 guests:
   • Chargers, linens, napkins, candleware, signage, petite florals
– Welcome sign installation with styling accents
– Setup and on-site styling (up to 4 hours)

For the client who wants it all, full-service planning, stunning design, and flawless execution. This package blends the best of both worlds: detailed coordination and breathtaking visual experiences. We guide you from your first vendor inquiry to the final floral installation, crafting a cohesive celebration that feels effortlessly elevated.

INCLUDES:

– Everything in the Ella Signature planning package
– Everything in your selected Dose of Ella decor package
– Unified design and planning timeline
– Streamlined communication with all vendors across both services
– Priority scheduling for walkthroughs and mockups
– Guest experience enhancements (scent styling, signage, branded touchpoints)
– Day-of execution team (planning + design staff combined)
– Full decor setup and teardown
– Ceremony + reception direction
– Vendor and decor management under one roof

Labor & Delivery Fees

In addition to the package pricing, all decor and styling services are subject to the following labor and delivery fees:

Labor Fee:

  • A 20% labor charge will be applied to the total decor and styling package.
    This covers setup crew, breakdown staff, design logistics, and on-site execution team management.

Delivery Fee:

  • Events with 50 guests or fewer: Flat delivery fee of $250

  • Events with more than 50 guests: Flat delivery fee of $500
    This includes vehicle transport of all decor, rental items, and floral elements to the venue.

Sales Tax:

  • Applicable sales tax will be added to the final invoice for all décor rentals, floral items, and branded sales components.

  • Tax rate will be based on current local and state regulations at the time of billing.
